Average Betty Counts Down Her Fresh Five Celeb Recipes
It may be “back to work” time after a long weekend, but we’ve got a piping hot episode of Fresh Five to make your recovery a little easier. Luckily our Average Betty didn’t let her red velvet cupcake contribution to the Hungry Nation Potluck slow her down, because today Sara O’Donnell serves up five of the most popular celebrity chef recipes on AverageBetty.com.
Average Betty’s motto is “Eat It” and after looking at these five recipes, we want to do just that. The world is chock full of celebrity chefs already, and one step into the Barnes and Noble (RIP Borders) cookbook section can overwhelm the senses. Which is why we here at Hungry Nation are so thankful for our show creators for their curation. This list could be an introduction to the wonderful world of the famous and the culinary, or it could be an introduction to five new amazing recipes. Or, hey, it could just be good, old-fashioned food porn.
There’s no judgment in Hungry Nation.
So let flames and champagne warm you up with Florence-born Fabio Viviani’s Chicken Marsala. You may recognize him from Top Chef, but try this recipe and you may only see a genius. Yuk it up with Scott Lindquist they make fish tacos in between bleeps – watch and you’ll see what we mean. And if you never thought a fried chicken recipe could be world-renowned, well then you haven’t tried the version of Thomas Keller, founder of the landmark Napa restaurant French Laundry. Well here’s your chance, we can’t urge you enough to take it – and then invite us over so we can taste it!
Welcome back to the working world, folks, we’re doing what we can to make the transition easier. If you like what you see, head on over to the Average Betty channel where you can get these full recipes and more!
